Gourmet Cup Ljubljana 2018, will bring four days of world-class cuisine on snow and take place at Ljubljana Castle and Krvavec Ski Resort between the 27th and 30th January. It will host a selection of top Slovenian and international Chefs, speakers as well as renowned chef virtuosos and will provide visitors many creative culinary experiences.
On Saturday, January 27th, the three TOP Chefs, Bine Volčič, Karim Merdjadi and Luka Jezeršek, a judge trio of the new 4th season of MasterChef Slovenia, will open the event at Gorenje Gourmet Cable car dinner. The rock’n’roll chef, king of desserts and chefs’ selector will serve guests with real culinary masterpieces by candlelight and a magnificent view of Krvavec snowy slopes in private cable cars.
On January 28th, the Sunday Gourmet on the snow will spoil all Krvavec visitors and gourmets at soul and heart. From 11 pm until 3 pm, the World Pasta Champion Jure Tomič (Restaurant Debeluh), Chef with a unique style Igor Delak (Mochoritsch, Austria), culinary diva Ana Šušteršič (Jezeršek gostinstvo), Tuscan Chef Michelin Giuseppe Mancino (Il Piccolo Principe**, Italy), young and enterprising Chef Michelin Ivan Bombieri (Ristorante La Taverna*, Italy) and the authentic mlanese Cesare Battisti (Ristorante Ratanà, Italy) will proudly reveal their cooking creations, which will surely satisfy even the most demanding guests for 4 Euro per meal.
